About Lyn
General
Our Founder, and President of Joy's Calling Ministry, is Reverend Marilyn (Lyn) Wooters Browne. Lyn has an enthusiastic and energetic anointing for ministry. Her focus is on hands-on ministry with practical application. With 30 plus years of ministry experience in Bible teaching and Faith-based counseling, she offers a variety of workshops, teaching, retreats and conferences. She has enjoyed seeing over 15,000 people come to Jesus during her short-term missions trips in the United States and throughout the world.
Education
Reverend Lyn is an ordained and licensed Pastor through AGIF and Global Covenant Network. Her education included John A. Logan Junior College, New Mexico State University, Light University, and Rhema Bible College, and she holds a Masters Degree in Practical Ministry from Wagner Leadership Institute, a degree in Marriage and Family Counseling and certificates in PTSD and Sexual Addiction through AACC.
Reverend Lyn is also a member of American Association of Christian Counselors and offers Faith-based lay counseling to provide hurting women with answers to their spiritual and emotional needs.
